Atdomco Investor Services S.à r.l. is a specialised professional of the financial sector (PFS) authorised by the Luxembourg Minister of Finance on 31 August 2026 and supervised by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF). It holds the following authorisations under the amended Law of 5 April 1993 on the financial sector:

• Registrar agent (article 25);
• Corporate domiciliation agent (article 28-9);
• Professional providing company incorporation and management services (article 28-10);
• Client communication agent (article 29-1);
• Administrative agent of the financial sector (article 29-2).

Supervisory authority:

Our entry can be checked on the CSSF public register of supervised entities. Atdomco Investor Services is a member of Atdomco Group, which also includes IRE AIFM, an alternative investment fund manager authorised by the CSSF under the Law of 12 July 2013.

3. Professional secrecy

As a professional of the financial sector, Atdomco Investor Services is bound by the professional secrecy obligations of article 41 of the Law of 5 April 1993 on the financial sector. Information entrusted to us in the course of our business is kept confidential and disclosed only where the law permits or requires it.

4. Complaints handling

In line with CSSF Regulation No 16-07 on the out-of-court resolution of complaints, clients may send a complaint in writing to:

We acknowledge receipt within 10 business days and provide a reply within one month, unless the complexity of the matter requires more time, in which case we will inform you. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may escalate the complaint to our management and, failing a satisfactory outcome, request the out-of-court complaint resolution procedure of the CSSF (www.cssf.lu). Our complaints-handling policy is available on request.
